Your child’s Admission Application is not considered complete until your child has been interviewed and you have submitted all required documents to the school. 

After you have submitted your online Admissions Application, please call us at (914) 667-4063 to schedule a virtual interview. Please upload the following documents with your online application in TADS:

• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Record
• Teacher Recommendation Form
• Photo of incoming student
• Last 3 Report Card or Progress Report for grades 1 to 8
• Standardized test scores for grades 1 to 8, when applicable
• When applicable, the current Individualized Education Plan (IEP) on file with the Committee for Special Education (CSE) for all grades
• If applicable, 504 Recommendation for all grades
• If Catholic: certificates of any/all sacraments received
